Last year, she surprised everyone with her transformed physique, and recently she revealed how she shed 100 pounds. The reason behind that is quite unexpected.

Losing Weight Was Never On Her Mind

You probably can imagine. Success comes in waves, so does the stress when you’re one of the most talented and influential singers out there. And Adele knows that best.

But, a change in her wellbeing made her realize she needed to do something. She revealed:

“It was always becoming stronger and giving myself as much time every day without my phone.”

Work It, Work It Out

In a recent interview with Vogue, Adele said that she actually works out two or three times a day! She starts with weights, and in the afternoon, she prefers hikes or boxing. How cool is that?

And some nights, she usually goes for cardio.

Of course, Adele is also working with a trainer with whom she revealed that she finds her ongoing inspiration to stay active.

No Diets For Adele

It may come as a huge surprise for some, but Adele said it clearly: she didn’t restrict herself from the meals she adores.

She also told Vogue that she eats more now than ever because she needs to work out a lot and harder. Her favorite drinks, of course, are still rose or an Aperol spritz. But, she said that she’s now focusing on being more mindful about her drinking habits!

“Visually I represented a lot of women. But I’m still the same person,” she stated.
