No Cheat Days For Megan
Megan revealed that when she wants to shed some pounds, she doesn’t accept any cheat days! The fact that she does that makes her even more intriguing: do something or don’t do it at all, right?
However, she admitted that if there’s going to be a cheat day, she would probably go with cake or pizza.
Circuit Training All the Way!
The actor has been steady with her workouts for years, choosing circuit training over long cardio sessions. She revealed that she exercises twice a week, doing cardio bursts with heavy weights and circuit training.
“[…] a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down,” Harley Pasternak, Megan’s trainer, told People.
No White Foods for Megan
Megan doesn’t eat any processed and white food to maintain her fit shape. That means no chips, no crackers or pretzels, all sorts of bread, and carbs.

How About a Smoothie?
Even if Megan chooses to keep her carbs pretty much low, she does like some fresh fruit in a smoothie sometimes.
According to her trainer, the actor’s favorite smoothie is the red one, containing berries, Chai tea, a little bit of almond milk, and a scoop of protein powder. That’s truly inspiring and sounds delicious!
