  • Papaya

If the papaya is ripe, it’s safe for you to eat. But an unripe one has a latex, which can cause premature contractions. Also, you need to keep in mind that the skin and the seeds are not safe to eat. Many women just don’t eat them at all while pregnant, just to be sure.
