TIP 1: GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP

If you want to look refreshed when you wake up in the morning, you need to sleep well during the night. Most people don’t realize that sleeping too little or too much can leave their skin dull and tired-looking. If you don’t get enough sleep at night, your skin will show dark circles, bags under your eyes and other imperfections. On the other hand, if you sleep too much, your skin will look puffy and tired. In order to avoid these effects, make sure you have enough sleep every night; 7-8 hours should be more than enough for your body to function properly.

TIP 2: DRINK MORE WATER

The healthiest and the easiest way to get your good looks is by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Water is actually good for your skin as well as it helps your body to flush toxins out of your system.

TIP 3: REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP

You should always remove your makeup before going to bed, no matter how tired you may be. If you do not remove makeup properly on a regular basis, it leads towards breakouts and blackheads which can leave permanent scars on your face forever.

TIP 4: WEAR SUNSCREEN

This sounds obvious, but most of us don’t do it because we think we’ll get tanner faster if we skip it on a sunny day or forget to apply it regularly. But as important as this step is, it’s frequently ignored. Sun damage causes wrinkles and skin cancer, so make sure you’re applying sunscreen generously every day.
