iQOO Neo 5s is said to flaunt a 6.56-inch OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, support for 10-bit color, and 1080×2376 pixel resolution.

Under the hood, the upcoming iQOO smartphone could draw its power from a Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM + 256GB onboard storage. Some sources hint at microSD support.
